    Use the menu options on the left to access permit and planning information. Here you can view permit details, schedule and cancel inspections, apply for permits and submit plans for review.
Builders applying for New 1 and 2 family Home Permits in the City of Neenah should not use the new State Electronic Building Permit System that other municipalities may be using. Instead send all required plans and documents through this site. Please select WUBPA for all new 1 and 2 family submittals.

*Please note: we issue one permit to the applicant to cover construction, electrical, hvac, and plumbing. Contractor contact information and project costs for all trades will need to be added to the application*

    Use the Create Project(planning and zoning only) option for new submissions and the My Projects option to submit revisions to existing projects. At this time, plans associated with the following projects/permits may be submitted online.
